Responsibilities

• Partner with the SVP of AI & Automation and various business reputed company to analyze workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions reputed company with business goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help establish Arch’s Gen AI Center of reputed company, ensuring best practices and innovation in AI-driven solutions
• Maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, providing updates on existing reputed company and identifying new opportunities for automation and optimization

• Define technology requirements that enhance business processes, improve efficiency, and support business optimization efforts

Skills

• 3+ years of ai engineering experience
• 3+ years of data science experience
• 8+ years of work experience in data science / ai / automation / engineering
• Exceptional collaboration and relationship building skills
• Comfortable handling ambiguous concepts and breaking down reputed company problems into manageable reputed company
• Resilient problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to communicate effectively to different reputed company audiences
• Experience defining technology requirements designed to enhance business processes and business optimization
• Flexibility – reputed company to meet changing requirements and priorities
• College degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of Python development experience
• P&C insurance business process analysis, process improvement and automation experience
