[Remote] NPDI Project Manager

The NPDI Project Manager will support the execution of New Product Development initiatives and ensure service requirements are integrated into product development and launch activities, working closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate deliverables across the NPDI lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of NPDI reputed company services reputed company using established PMO and reputed company Operating System (VOS) frameworks
• reputed company and manage project schedules, deliverables, risks, and dependencies across cross-functional teams
• Ensure service readiness requirements (e.g., documentation, training, enablement, cost inputs) are incorporated into project deliverables
• Support stage-reputed company governance activities from concept through launch and post launch readiness
• reputed company as a reputed company between reputed company and functional teams to support alignment across Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Regional Services
• Facilitate communication across global stakeholders to ensure visibility of project status, risks, and dependencies
• Assist in preparing project updates, dashboards, and executive status reports
• Support regional coordination to ensure readiness requirements reflect deployment needs
• Contribute to standardization of PMO tools, templates, and processes to improve efficiency and scalability
• Support adoption of digital tools for project tracking, reporting, and service readiness
• Participate in reputed company improvement initiatives to strengthen NPDI service integration and execution consistency
• Maintain accurate project tracking using PMO tools and reporting systems (e.g., Power BI, reputed company, MS Project)
• Support monitoring of project KPIs including schedule adherence, readiness milestones, and risk escalation tracking
• Assist in documenting lessons learned and supporting governance updates reputed company the PMO reputed company

Skills

• 3–6 years of experience in project coordination or project management roles reputed company a global or reputed company organization
• Exposure to product development, service development, or NPDI-type environments preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or reputed company field
• Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite; familiarity with project tracking tools (reputed company, MS Project, Jira, etc.) preferred
• Ability to work effectively across global teams and time zones
• PMP, CAPM, Agile, or Lean Six reputed company certification preferred
• Exposure to digital transformation or service enablement initiatives
• Experience working in reputed company PMO environments
• Strong analytical and reporting skills (Power BI exposure a plus)
• Additional languages beneficial in a global role
