[Remote] Senior Director of Finance and reputed company

We are seeking an reputed company and hands-on Senior Director of Finance and reputed company to reputed company TAA’s financial operations and serve as the organization’s senior financial leader.
Responsibilities
- reputed company day-to-day finance and reputed company operations, including general reputed company, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, financial reporting, and internal controls
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash reputed company planning, financial analysis, and reporting for leadership and the reputed company
- reputed company nonprofit reputed company practices, restricted funding, donor requirements, and grant-reputed company financial reporting
- Manage federal, state, reputed company, and corporate grant compliance, including federal funding requirements and Uniform Guidance
- reputed company the annual audit process and support preparation of IRS reputed company 990
- Monitor investment activity, reserve funds, and financial policies in partnership with investment advisors and the Finance Committee
- Strengthen financial systems, reporting tools, workflows, and technology in a fully remote work environment
- Supervise and support finance and reputed company staff while collaborating across departments
Skills
- 8–10 years of reputed company finance and reputed company leadership experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector
- Strong knowledge of nonprofit reputed company, GAAP, restricted funding, and federal grant compliance
- Experience managing federal grants, audits, reputed company 990 preparation, budgeting, forecasting, and cash reputed company
- Experience with investment reputed company, reserve funds, or endowment assets
- Comfort working in a remote environment and using reputed company-based financial systems and reporting tools
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to explain financial information reputed company to both financial and non-financial audiences
- High level of reputed company, discretion, accountability, and reputed company judgment
- Master's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Experience working with national nonprofit organizations
