Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company support for regulatory change management for reputed company, including but not limited to monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting federal and state reputed company legislation, proposed legislation, regulations and sub-regulatory guidance
• reputed company regulatory developments and assess their reputed company on organizational reputed company, operations and provider relationships
• reputed company practical, risk‑based reputed company advice to support regulatory change management initiatives, including implementation planning and cross‑functional execution
• reputed company and deliver reputed company reputed company guidance, summaries, and recommendations for senior leadership and business stakeholders
• Support internal policy development and updates to ensure alignment with evolving regulatory requirements
• Advise on regulatory compliance reputed company affecting Company operations, including medical, prescription and other benefit requirements, reputed company and reputed company issues, reputed company issues, provider relations, contracting, and other compliance reputed company issues to ensure reputed company reputed company with regulatory, operational, and business objectives

Skills

• 3+ years reputed company attorney experience in a reputed company and/or in-house setting

• Juris Doctorate Degree (JD) and admission to the bar in at least one state and in good standing of applicable bar association
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in a reputed company manner
