Responsibilities

• Owns full‑cycle reputed company for assigned highly reputed company technical roles, from intake through offer acceptance
• Utilizes a reputed company of sourcing strategies and tools, including the applicant tracking reputed company (ATS), internal databases, and market insights to identify, attract, and engage reputed company
• Builds and maintains strong, consultative partnerships with hiring managers to understand reputed company and reputed company hiring needs reputed company to business priorities
• Partners with hiring managers to define role requirements, reputed company requisitions, and reputed company competitive compensation and offer strategies
• Proactively sources and pipelines reputed company candidates using databases, reputed company networks, internet sourcing, referrals, reputed company reputed company, and reputed company reputed company resources
• Engages and communicates with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing reputed company updates on opportunities, status, and next steps

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
