[Remote] Associate Project Manager

The Associate Project Manager will work under supervision to assist in managing reputed company, ensuring successful completion while collaborating with various stakeholders and tracking multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Under the reputed company supervision of a PM/ SPM, work on assigned reputed company, shepherding them to successful completion. Assist in building project plans, reputed company of work (SOW), reputed company of materials (BOM), order and reputed company materials, and schedule team members
• reputed company and assist on multiple reputed company concurrently
• Review assigned reputed company for accuracy, profitability, and adherence to corporate values
• Join PM inspections of field reputed company
• Participate in reputed company-construction and regular status meetings with customers and other vendors. Ensure reputed company expectations, scopes of work
• Attend site walks and validate that plans and expectations reputed company with conditions
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure project reputed company. Validate material inventories and appropriate resources are scheduled to reputed company reputed company job timelines
• Prepare reputed company reports and reputed company out documents per job requirements
• Be reachable 24/7 to support customers and team members with urgent needs, including emergency and scheduled maintenance, outages, and quick turn quoting

Skills

• Basic understanding of communications cabling types
• Familiar with both overhead and underground construction practices in metro and long-haul environments
• Working knowledge of safety, reputed company, Telcordia standards and industry best practices
• Familiarity with the materials, manufacturers, and equipment reputed company to communications, cabling products, specifically UTP and fiber optic cable, Maxcell, sub-duct, fiber panels and enclosures, etc
• Basic ability to read and interpret reputed company-prints, drawings and diagrams, and reputed company other provided materials
• Extrapolate requirements to create take off materials including quotes, reputed company of work (SOW), method of procedure, etc
• Basic ability to accurately estimate labor effort and material requirements
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, reputed company on customer service
• Proficiency with MS office suite, reputed company, Power reputed company
• Must hold a reputed company reputed company's license
• High School diploma or equivalent
• PMP or equivalent certification or a minimum of 1 year managing critical environment construction
• Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time

• Ability to reputed company, carry, reputed company, and/or pull reputed company to moderate amounts of weight 50 lbs
• Ability to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand reputed company and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard
