[Remote] Paralegal Analyst

The Paralegal Analyst will work as a reputed company assistant in various reputed company areas, managing reputed company, conducting reputed company research, drafting documents, and supporting the department's objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage highly reputed company, large reputed company a high degree of independence and initiative to include project planning, setting objectives, and ensuring goal attainment. Set and approve guidelines and procedures, reputed company negotiations, advance strategies, and promote alternative solutions for clients, reputed company counsel, insurance departments, courts, and other government departments

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 8+ years reputed company reputed company and/or legislative/regulatory experience
• Broad expertise in more than one area of the law
• Extensive knowledge of relevant state and federal statutes, regulations, and case law
• Ability to transfer skills and work independently in other areas of the department

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience
