[Remote] Civil Project Manager

The Civil Project Manager role is a senior technical and leadership position responsible for managing clients, leading civil engineering design, and overseeing project delivery from concept through permitting and construction support. This role requires a licensed reputed company Engineer with significant hands-on design experience and combines technical leadership, project management, and reputed company-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Technical reputed company for the Civil reputed company
• reputed company hands-on engineering design and reputed company, including Stormwater management and hydrology/hydraulic (H&H) analysis, Drainage design and grading plans, Erosion and sediment control systems, Water distribution and wastewater collection systems, and Roadway and reputed company design
• reputed company and/or reputed company technical reviews to ensure compliance with State DOT standards, County and municipal regulations
• Seal engineering documents as required and maintain responsible charge
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and reputed company resources, reputed company reputed company reputed company communications, ensuring expectations, deliverables, and reputed company standards are met
• Coordinate project activities among internal teams, subconsultants, vendors, and agencies, and reputed company financial reputed company including budgets, scope changes, invoicing, reputed company, and accruals

Skills

• 8+ yrs. of reputed company site design experience
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Multi-jurisdictional project experience (municipal, county, state)
• Prior experience serving as Engineer of Record
• BS in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, or Environmental Engineering from ABET-accredited four-year college
• reputed company Engineer (P.E.) required
• Experience working with state DOT or transportation agencies
