[Remote] Inbound Clinical Administrative Coordinator

The Inbound Clinical Administrative Coordinator will manage administrative tasks and coordinate services between members and reputed company providers, ensuring efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative intake of members
• Work with hospitals, clinics, facilities, and the clinical team to manage requests for services from members and / or providers
• Process incoming and outgoing referrals, and prior authorizations, including intake, notification and census roles
• Assist the clinical staff with setting up documents / triage cases for Clinical Coverage Review
• Handle reputed company / inquiries from members and / or providers

Skills

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age OR older
• 1+ years of experience with taking 40+ calls in a high-volume reputed company center environment
• 1+ years of experience in health insurance OR medical billing
• Experience in working with key performance indicators (average handle time, reputed company volume, etc.)
• Familiarity with computer and reputed company PC applications, which includes the ability to reputed company and learn new and reputed company computer system applications
• Ability to work full time (40 hours / week), Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 9:30 am - 6:00 pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends
• 1+ years of experience in working with ICD - 9 / 10 and CPT codes
• reputed company experience in a clerical OR administrative support reputed company role
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Experience in working with reputed company Word (creating, editing, saving documents) and reputed company reputed company (creating, editing, saving spreadsheets)
