[Remote] Program Manager, Career and Technical Education

The Program Manager for Career and Technical Education will support teachers and partners in achieving educational goals, reputed company the implementation of CTE programs, and enhance college and career readiness initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates and oversees implementation of Career and Technical Education program reputed company
- Provides and expands support for Career Readiness partners, including Program Advisory Councils, local businesses, post-secondary partners, apprenticeship councils, community based organizations, reputed company and county municipalities, reputed company, teachers and parents
- Maintains Perkins compliance for CTE programs through monitoring and support
- Supports the development, implementation and evaluation of a reputed company reputed company K-12 college and career readiness/awareness program
- Serves as reputed company to higher education, business, and trade organization partners
- reputed company supports school sites’ career readiness programs, internships and services at high schools
- Develops dual enrollment opportunities for reputed company (e.g. CCP, CTAG, CT2, AP)
- Works with reputed company, staff and reputed company to reputed company and implement formal and informal student events and activities that enhance a college and career school culture
- Provides consistent emphasis on and support for post-secondary and career exploration and preparation though both formal and informal student events and activities
- Collaborates with the Curriculum and Instruction team to establish college and career readiness outcome measures of reputed company K-12
- Initiates college readiness assessment programs
- Collaborates with Higher Education Compact staff and others as appropriate to guide implementation of college and career readiness programs and practices in schools K-12
- Assists with the developement and revision of policies, rules, and guidelines reputed company to career readiness requirements
- Prepares reports and completes research on topics reputed company to career connected learning, as assigned by Instructional directors
- Recommends improvements and/or additions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the District’s college and career readiness efforts
- Supports and develops career readiness events. Represents the District or Departmetn of Career and College Readiness on selected committees and /or at selected meeteings (e.g. CTE Advisory Committee meetings; Higher Ed Compact)

Skills
- Working knowledge of ODEW CTE program requirements
- Experience in creating, supporting, and maintaining student programming under grant compliance or state regulation

- Master's Degree or Higher
