[Remote] Application Support Analyst - Build Ops

The role involves establishing governance, standardizing processes, and acting as a reputed company between various stakeholders to ensure effective platform utilization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single accountable reputed company for the reputed company platform across reputed company Operating Companies (opcos). Establish reputed company governance for how requests, issues, enhancements, and priorities are submitted, reviewed, approved, and communicated
• Define and maintain reputed company-wide standards for reputed company usage, configuration, and process design, ensuring escalations reputed company through a central pipeline rather than disconnected, reputed company channels

• Own the intake, documentation, prioritization, and follow-through of enhancement requests, defects, and workflow improvements

• Support new Operating Company launches, acquisitions, tenant setups, and post-go-live stabilization
• Participate in discovery, solution design, user acceptance testing (UAT), and create repeatable implementation templates, golden processes, and launch checklists

Skills

• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives, gathering requirements, mapping processes, and managing diverse stakeholders
