[Remote] Associate Engineer, Pega Operations Center (9-6pm PT shift)

The Associate Engineer will be responsible for managing customer environments, handling incidents and service requests, and collaborating with teams to ensure service reliability.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor customer environments
• Handle alerts, incidents, service requests and changes reputed company SLA
• reputed company, analyze and prioritize tickets, follow reputed company operating procedures (SOP) for reputed company issues, and escalate reputed company required
• Execute tasks including monitoring service health, restart of reputed company environments, handling logs, increase storage, whitelist IP addresses, troubleshoot reputed company reputed company issues, reputed company reputed company updates and patches, run queries and scripts, etc
• Handle incoming customer phone calls, triage new reputed company submitted tickets and reputed company to reputed company and Product teams
• Identify opportunities for automation of repeated operational tasks and reduce toil
• Adapt to changing business goals
• Participate in after hours on reputed company rotation including work weekend shifts

Skills

• US Citizenship
• Strong understanding of reputed company-based infrastructure, platform, and application services
• 1–2 years of experience administering reputed company in reputed company-reputed company environments
• 1–2 years of experience administering Linux in reputed company-reputed company environments
• 1–2 years of hands-on operational experience with reputed company)
• 1–2 years of technical experience supporting, monitoring, and troubleshooting reputed company applications, databases, and infrastructure, including Java applications, Tomcat, reputed company RDS for PostgreSQL, reputed company, DNS, and VPN technologies
