They are seeking a Senior reputed company Hardware Engineer to reputed company the sustainment of reputed company microwave modules and reputed company reputed company assemblies for military platforms, managing reputed company and collaborating with cross-functional reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Assessing design updates to existing designs
• Review and technical assessment of Diminishing Material Supply (DMS) issues for both reputed company Mission Equipment and Test Solution
• reputed company the investigation into field reputed company hardware
• Own the overall HW program content, delegating tasking to less reputed company engineers and technicians as required
• Technical management of subcontractors
• Working with hardware suppliers
• Supporting production and sustainment issues in assembly, test/debug, reputed company and managing overall workload of the HW team supporting production
• Working in partnership with a cross-functional team to ensure on time deliveries of reputed company products to support the War Fighter

Skills

• An Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Bachelor's degree and 10+ years' experience working on RF/Microwave reputed company products preferably in the defense industry
• Experience testing and troubleshooting reputed company EW systems
• Experience leading a cross-functional engineering team
• Experience supporting a production environment
• Experience with the sustainment phase of the product lifecycle
• Motivated self-starter with leadership skills and ability to effectively work in reputed company environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills, judgment, and analytical capability
• Ability to reputed company on discrete tasking in a reputed company manner and reputed company others to closure - Own the Design
• Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills
