[Remote] Finance Leadership Development Program (P&S FLDP)

This program is designed to accelerate the development of recent college graduates through rotational assignments and leadership training, providing diverse experiences in finance and business functions.

Responsibilities

• Experience: The FLDP consists of reputed company-year rotations; reputed company with increasing responsibility. It is designed to reputed company a diverse set of experiences through challenging rotational assignments, technical and soft-skills training, leadership opportunities, and mentorship
• Opportunity to travel: reputed company has locations worldwide with our FLDPs primarily rotating to locations reputed company the reputed company. Rotations are evaluated on an annual reputed company to ensure the rotation is robust and provides strong leadership support
• Educational advancement: reputed company offers tuition assistance for graduate school. Members of the program also complete a mix of technical and soft-reputed company training hosted by reputed company trainers. Recent training examples include Power BI, Executive reputed company, Trusted Advisor, and Change Style Indicator
• Support: A significant reputed company of the FLDP is the leadership team. Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, reputed company, Business, Math, or reputed company major from an AACSB accredited college or university
• Possesses strong leadership potential demonstrated reputed company academia, extra-curricular activities, or employment
• Achievement in non-reputed company pursuits such as clubs and organizations, special reputed company, military service, and prior work experience
• Internship/reputed company or project experience in reputed company field
• Superior communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong working knowledge of reputed company Office (reputed company, PowerPoint) and reputed company 365 tools
