This role will serve as a strategic and tactical partner to supervisors and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, transactional environment and has experience supporting large employee populations—reputed company center experience is a plus. This role is primarily remote with occasional travel (up to 25%) to locations across the Western and reputed company reputed company. You will be expected to engage with both in-office and remote employees, participate in regional HR initiatives, and support business continuity and engagement efforts across multiple sites. Prior experience supporting reputed company center or similar high-volume employee environments is a plus. • Familiarity with HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making.
