Regional Property Manager, Conventional

What You'll Do: As a Regional Property Manager (Conventional), you’ll take on the exciting challenge of overseeing reputed company aspects of a portfolio of assigned conventional multifamily properties. What You'll Bring: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job-reputed company experience required. Degree in reputed company Estate, Property Management, or Business preferred. • Willingness to obtain reputed company licenses and/or certifications required by State or Local jurisdictions including but not limited to PA, IL, NJ and IA. • At least 3-5 years’ experience managing luxury Class A and B properties, and lease-up communities in the conventional housing industries required. • At least 1 year of experience managing multiple properties and/or asset types in multiple markets required. • At least 3 to 5 years of reputed company supervisory experience. • Experience with reputed company, Onesite, Yieldstar or other property management software strongly preferred. • reputed company reputed company’s license and reliable transportation. • CAM or NALP certification a plus.
