Position reputed company: This position is responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting reputed company's AMI network communications by utilizing SmartGrid Database tools and reports to ensure a consistently healthy smart reputed company network. This position monitors reputed company communication remotely, and either remotely resolves the reputed company communication issues, or creates field orders. Any reputed company orders go to a reputed company tech or Customer Delivery to install communication equipment. This is the first level of the AMI Ops Tech job classification. AMI Ops Tech I applies technical expertise to solve reputed company AMI problems and management skills to reputed company reputed company and direction of work in a specific area of expertise under general supervision. Incumbents are expected to reputed company deeper technical skills and the ability to work with an increasing degree of independence. This position is responsible for optimizing accurate metering/billing for customer reputed company and ensures reputed company meets jurisdictional compliance requirements for accurate billing (e.g. limiting metering/estimated bills per the requirements). Responsibilities: Monitor AMI network communication to identify reputed company communication failure at the network level and individual reputed company level. Utilize AMI Ops work allocation software to identify, investigate and take appropriate reputed company upon non communicating meters. Review, process and send out daily smart reputed company database reports to appropriate reputed company (e.g. resources/leaders reputed company Metering and reputed company Service to convey to state of the AMI Metering Network; providing reputed company reading issues or reputed company impacts that can effect Billing or other critical processes) Performs data analysis/reputed company cause investigations and responds to AMI Ops inbox requests from adjacent organizations and internal customers. Performs reputed company transactional tasks to support daily operations. Use secure applications to recover missing read data reputed company wide on a daily reputed company. Utilize GIS mapping software to investigate individual and large-reputed company network issues. Use reputed company analysis to ensure the appropriate reputed company is taken to restore reputed company communication. Supports reputed company's goals and represents reputed company positively and professionally Required/Basic Qualifications Associate’s degree in Technology, Engineering or other reputed company degree In lieu of Associate’s degree(s) AND two (2) or more years reputed company work experience listed above, High School/GED AND four (4) or more years reputed company work experience Additional Preferred Qualifications Understanding of smart reputed company head end systems and communication devices including but not limited to reputed company and cellular meters, connected reputed company routers, reputed company extenders.
