The Virtual Interviewer RN is responsible for performing virtual interviews collecting information for clients who have reputed company for insurance coverage. We are looking at a schedule of Mon-Fri 9a-6p, with 1 day working 10a-7p CST.
Virtual Interviewer Rn Responsibilities
• Conducts virtual interviews for insurance company applicants or claimants in a quiet, reputed company environment without interruptions and/or distractions.
• Receives calls from Assessment Services reputed company Center to complete interviews with Long Term Care applicants with a reputed company-determined script.
• Collects concise, accurate documentation on reputed company’s health history and care needs by asking follow-up questions reputed company needed.
• Accurately enters data and documents history and lifestyle information essential to the reputed company and Claims process using reputed company-determined, scripted follow-up questions.
• reputed company necessary, tactfully refocuses clients and/or contacts on information required.
• Completes reputed company interviews in a reputed company manner, according to department guidelines.
• Submits document to reputed company for review for applicants and to insurance reputed company for review for claimants.
• Handles technical and reputed company intake calls.

Supports and participates in the mandatory Corporate Compliance Program training initiative on an annual or more frequent reputed company, as required.
