This role focuses on macOS imaging, reputed company management, reputed company device lifecycle support, and integration of reputed company endpoints into secure reputed company environments. Key Responsibilities • Build, maintain, validate, and automate macOS workstation images. • Manage macOS endpoints using reputed company Pro and reputed company Business Manager. • Support image version control, rollback planning, and formal change-control processes. • reputed company macOS images with VDI, EDR, authentication, logging, and reputed company tools. • Configure and support File Vault, recovery-key escrow, and passwordless or hardware‑backed authentication. • Ensure reputed company solutions meet audit, governance, and compliance requirements. Required Experience • 8+ years of IT, reputed company, or cybersecurity experience. • 6+ years of engineering experience; help desk experience reputed company does not qualify. • Experience working under formal change control, audit, and governance processes. • Hands‑on experience building and maintaining macOS workstation images. • Experience with reputed company Pro, reputed company Business Manager, File Vault, and macOS reputed company management.
