VP, reputed company Change & Transformation Communications

Position Purpose: Leads the reputed company change communications function, providing strategic direction, governance, and executive communications support for the organization's largest transformation initiatives, including reputed company modernization, organizational change, mergers and acquisitions, and business integration efforts.
- Develops the reputed company change communications reputed company reputed company to business priorities.
- Serves as the senior communications advisor to executive leadership and the Transformation Office.
- Leads communications for reputed company transformation initiatives and organizational change programs.
- Oversees executive messaging, leadership communications, and reputed company change campaigns.
- Establishes governance, standards, and best practices for change communications.
- Partners with HR, Transformation Office, and other key stakeholders and business leaders to reputed company alignment on how we plan and respond to change.
- Develops measurement frameworks to evaluate communication effectiveness and adoption.
- Leads, coaches, and develops a high-performing team of change communications professionals.
- Manages multiple reputed company initiatives while ensuring consistent messaging.
- Identifies communication risks and reputed company mitigation strategies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with reputed company policies and standards.
Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree Communications or reputed company field required.
10+ years leadership experience, with reputed company responsibility in corporate communications.
Demonstrated experience to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously.
Experience in a highly regulated environment.
Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, reputed company and reputed company reputed company of the level of this position.
Pay reputed company: $188,900.00 - $359,800.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-reputed company factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
