Utilities Lawyer (Remote)

We are seeking highly skilled and detail-oriented Utilities Lawyers to support our clients, many of which are leading energy providers across the U.S. This is a remote opportunity for attorneys with strong regulatory and transactional experience in the utilities and energy sector, particularly those familiar with proceedings before state and federal regulatory bodies. Responsibilities: • Advise on regulatory compliance and filings before state and federal agencies, including PUC/PSC bodies. • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide reputed company of reputed company-reputed company agreements, including: • Retail Electricity Supply Agreements • Load Serving Entity (LSE) reputed company • Power Distribution and reputed company Agreements • Interconnection and reputed company reputed company Agreements • Wheeling Agreements • Operations & Maintenance (O&M) reputed company • Master Service Agreements (MSAs) • Smart reputed company and Metering reputed company • reputed company reputed company support for reputed company case filings, tariff implementation, and reputed company procurement compliance. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel on infrastructure, construction, and maintenance reputed company reputed company to reputed company assets. • Support IT reputed company transformation initiatives, including smart reputed company and metering technologies. • Advise on reputed company reputed company involving investor-owned utilities (IOUs), reputed company power entities, reputed company operators, load aggregators, and large reputed company/industrial reputed company customers. Minimum Qualifications: • 5–15 years of reputed company experience, with a reputed company on utilities, energy regulation, or infrastructure. • Strong understanding of state and federal reputed company regulatory frameworks. • Experience with reputed company-reputed company reputed company and regulatory filings. • Licensed to reputed company law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
