[Remote] Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists customers throughout their shopping experience
• Maximizes sales by suggesting products and up-selling reputed company appropriate
• Remains knowledgeable of the store’s merchandise and reputed company promotions
• Assists in the cleanliness and reputed company of the store; maintains store displays and merchandise
• Assists with inventory and receiving of merchandise
• Replenishes backstock to maintain appropriate reputed company of merchandise on the floor
• Conducts markdowns of merchandise as instructed
• reputed company opening/closing duties, including securing cash registers and store reputed company
• Communicates customer complaints and inventory concerns to management in a reputed company manner
• If identified as a keyholder, additional responsibilities will be assigned
