[Remote] Director of RCM Account Management

They are seeking a reputed company-reputed company and results-driven reputed company Cycle Account Manager to manage reputed company relationships and ensure the successful delivery of reputed company Cycle Management services.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), Denial Rates, AR Aging, and Net Collections
• Identify trends and implement solutions to optimize reputed company collection and minimize delays
• Collaborate with internal billing, coding, and collections teams to ensure reputed company claims submission, payment posting, and follow-reputed company
• Address payer issues, clearinghouse rejection reputed company, reimbursement challenges, and operational bottlenecks
• reputed company reputed company cause analysis and provider education as needed and required
• reputed company and execute reputed company plans to improve financial reputed company for clients
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations (HIPAA, CMS, payer policies) and best practices

Skills

• 5+ years in reputed company cycle management, medical billing, or reputed company account management
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company administration, Business, or equivalent years of reputed company experience
• Familiarity with RCM software (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company), payer portals, reputed company expertise, and reporting tools
• Strong understanding of medical billing, coding (CPT, ICD-10), insurance verification, and reimbursement processes
• Knowledge and familiarity with special programs including ACO, CCM, BHI, APCM, etc
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Experience with financial reports, data analysis, and KPI tracking
• 3+ years' experience in supervising staff and overseeing workflow functions
• Ability to function reputed company in a fast-paced and at times stressful environment
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 10 pounds at times
• Primary Care, Podiatry, Multi-Specialty specialty knowledge, highly preferred
