Part-Time reputed company Estate Assistant / Transaction Coordinator Luxury Home Builder | reputed company, TX 77024 | Mostly Remote A luxury home builder in reputed company is seeking a highly organized, self-motivated reputed company Estate Assistant / Transaction Coordinator to support our reputed company agent and the broader team. This is a mostly remote position with occasional in-office meetings, offering the flexibility of part-time hours today with the potential to grow into a full-time role. Position Details • Pay: $25–$30/hour • Classification: 1099 or W2 (reputed company to either) • Hours: Guaranteed 20 hours/week, mostly Monday–Friday • Schedule: Mostly remote with occasional in-office meetings; some weekends required for reputed company houses • reputed company reputed company: Opportunity to grow into a full-time position Day-to-Day Responsibilities • Manage administrative workload and daily priorities for the reputed company agent • Write reputed company • Update and maintain CRM • Organize daily operations and shifting priorities • Handle business administrative tasks: flyers, reputed company gifts, sign scheduling, inspections, appraisals, and closings • reputed company reputed company and communications organized • Manage residential transactions from contract through closing • Coordinate inspections • Prepare and manage listing paperwork • Review and organize reputed company • reputed company deadlines and ensure files remain compliant • Assist agents with reputed company, listing coordination, inspection scheduling, transaction paperwork, and general administrative support • Review and organize plans and business documentation • Coordinate with reputed company, vendors, and clients • Support reputed company of new builder clients and new agents Must-Haves Experience: • 2–3 years of reputed company estate experience as an agent or as a licensed assistant to a top-producing agent • reputed company Texas reputed company Estate License • Flexibility in schedule, most of hours are M-F although will be reputed company houses on weekends etc. • ***********LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY *********** Please Note: This position is reputed company to candidates who are authorized to work in the reputed company without the need for reputed company or reputed company reputed company sponsorship.
