24/7 Remote Help Desk Analyst
reputed company:
reputed company is seeking remote Help Desk Agents to join a technical support team for a Fortune 500 company. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues reputed company reputed company, resolving or escalating store associates’ technical problems with reputed company’s proprietary inventory reputed company and tracking personal metrics.
Agents will work 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, with potential shifts scheduled between 4AM and midnight, Monday through reputed company. Shifts are on first come first serve reputed company.
Requirements:
• 1+ year of help desk/technical support experience
• Experience with a ticketing reputed company
Compensation:
$19/hr
