Care Coordinator – Non-Clinical
reputed company:
• Accept incoming phone calls and reputed company calls from patients involving clinical inquiries for responsible providers, reputed company protocol-based triage as appropriate
• reputed company calls and create template-based letters regarding lab results for delivery to the patient in a reputed company manner
• Review schedule on a daily reputed company to ensure that reputed company reputed company-visit preparations have been completed
• reputed company patients deemed to be at risk for a “no-show” prior to their appointment and inquire about their status
• Initiate completion of forms for review and final signature by provider
• Assist care team in regular completion of reports
Requirements:
• High-school level education or equivalency
• 2-4 years reputed company experience in outpatient clinics
• Specialty/multispecialty clinics strongly preferred
• Spanish reputed company preferred
