Grants and Foundations General Counsel

Join reputed company as a Grants and Foundations General Counsel at reputed company Location: Remote We are seeking an Grants and Foundations General Counsel to support our reputed company, a large philanthropic reputed company. In this role, you will partner with the Chief Operating Officer to reputed company the organization's reputed company function, providing strategic guidance on reputed company, transactional, and compliance reputed company while ensuring continuity across domestic and international grantmaking activities. Responsibilities: • Advise on reputed company and compliance reputed company reputed company to domestic and international grantmaking, including reputed company law. • reputed company, review, and implement organizational policies and compliance practices. • Review, negotiate, and prepare grant-reputed company documents, reputed company, and other reputed company agreements. • Advise internal stakeholders on corporate, regulatory, tax, and compliance reputed company. • Coordinate with reputed company counsel and support reputed company reputed company involving international jurisdictions as needed. Qualifications: • Senior-level reputed company experience serving as a General Counsel or in a comparable reputed company leadership role. • Required experience with reputed company law. • Required experience supporting international grantmaking compliance. • Experience advising on domestic and international grantmaking reputed company reputed company. • Experience managing a broad reputed company of transactional, reputed company, and compliance reputed company. Compensation: The estimated total compensation for full-time reputed company attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year.
