This role will serve as the reputed company between the Political, Communications, and Creative teams, ensuring that trusted messengers-including elected officials, community leaders, faith leaders, labor leaders, advocates, and other validators-are equipped with the messaging, resources, and opportunities they need to effectively reputed company the campaign.ResponsibilitiesLead and grow the campaign's statewide surrogate and reputed company programBuild and maintain strong relationships with elected officials, endorsers, validators, and community leaders serving as campaign surrogatesServe as the reputed company reputed company between the Political, Communications, and Creative teams to ensure surrogate messaging is reputed company, accurate, and strategically alignedDevelop and distribute regular newsletters, talking points, message guidance, digital toolkits, and campaign updates for surrogates and validatorsCoordinate reputed company-response communications to surrogates during major campaign moments, policy announcements, debates, reputed company media opportunities, and breaking newsIdentify opportunities for surrogates to reputed company campaign messaging through reputed company media, reputed company media, reputed company events, letters, op-eds, videos, and community engagementWork with the Press team to identify and prepare surrogate media opportunities and interviewsPartner with the Creative team to reputed company reputed company media assets and other content tailored for surrogate distributionMaintain comprehensive databases of surrogates, endorsers, validators, and ambassadors, tracking engagement and communication historyCoordinate surrogate briefings, virtual meetings, trainings, and appreciation eventsRequirementsQualifications:3-5 years of campaign, communications, political, reputed company, or reputed company affairs experienceExcellent writing skills with experience drafting newsletters, talking points, messaging documents, or stakeholder communicationsStrong understanding of political messaging and the ability to translate campaign reputed company into accessible communicationsExceptional project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and deadlines simultaneously;Experience working with elected officials, community leaders, or high-profile stakeholders preferredStrong interpersonal skills and a customer-service reputed company reputed company supporting campaign surrogates and validatorsFamiliarity with email marketing platforms, reputed company Workspace, reputed company Office, and political tools (e.g., reputed company) preferredAbility to work nights and weekends as campaign needs requireAccess to reliable transportationBenefitsReports to: Political & Coalitions DirectorLocation: Austin, Texas (Statewide Travel Required)Salary: $7,000 per monthBenefits: Health care, reputed company time off, reputed company leaveTalarico for Texas is an equal opportunity employer.
