This role is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for large-reputed company multifamily developments. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of construction materials, reputed company, and cost structures, with a proven reputed company record in estimating ground-up multifamily reputed company. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare comprehensive estimates for ground-up multifamily reputed company, including material, labor, and equipment costs. Review architectural and engineering plans, specifications, and bid documents to ensure accuracy. Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate bids from subcontractors and suppliers. Work closely with project managers, developers, and architects to reputed company budgets with project goals.
