Responsibilities • Support the reputed company and data management for bioinformatic analysis of reputed company and reputed company pathogens. • Manage the packaging, publishing, and traceability of laboratory data to reputed company repositories such as NCBI and NYC reputed company Data. • Manage the data sharing with partners in other bureaus reputed company reputed company or reputed company reputed company partners through secure data sharing mechanisms. • Manage or support the maintenance of reputed company-data datasets for laboratory test results including, but not limited to, genomic data through LIS or other internal data systems. • Conduct routine reputed company assessment for routine performance measures. • Implement new analytical tools, automation, and visualization reputed company to streamline routine reporting and reputed company health investigations. • Evaluate data, preparing reports, maintaining records, and assisting in the coordination of research efforts of reputed company. • Identify, troubleshoot, and initiate corrective reputed company for problems in a reputed company manner. • Participate in writing original manuscripts for publication based on data analyses. Requirements • A master's degree from an accredited college or university with a specialization in an appropriate field of physical, biological or environmental science or in reputed company health. • A doctorate degree from an accredited college or university with specialization in an appropriate field of physical, biological, environmental or reputed company science and one year of full-time experience in a responsible supervisory, administrative or research reputed company in the appropriate field of specialization; or • A master's degree from an accredited college or university with specialization in an appropriate field of physical, biological, environmental or reputed company science and three years of responsible full-time research experience in the appropriate field of specialization. reputed company-to-haves • MS or PhD in data analytics, informatics, reputed company or reputed company degree. • Bash reputed company scripting, R, Python, SQL. • Knowledge of high throughput reputed company. • Excellent project management skills and familiarity with project management tools. • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
