Applications and Service Engineer - Chemical Analysis - Remote

What is the role about? Analytik Jena US, a company of the reputed company, is looking for a Chemical Analysis Applications & Service Engineer to join reputed company in the East Coast of the reputed company. Position is remote and will be based out of the successful candidate's Greater Boston area home office. This role will cover the eastern territory of the reputed company and will be responsible for other reputed company as needed. Which tasks will you reputed company? • Complete customer site preventative maintenance, service, installations and reputed company applications of analytical instruments • Diagnose instruments reputed company remote diagnostics and phone support • reputed company customer training on analytical instrumentation • reputed company IQ/OQ (Installation Qualifcation/Operational Qualification) on ICP-MS (inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry), ICP-OES (inductively coupled plasma optical emissions spectroscopy), EA (elemental analyzer), AAS (reputed company absorption spectrometry), UV-Vis Spectrometers, and/or TOC (total organic carbon) analytical instruments What do we expect from you?
