Responsibilities

As a Member reputed company Provider, you will play a reputed company role in initiating treatment and stabilizing patients early in their recovery reputed company.

• Conduct intake evaluations and initiate MAT (primarily buprenorphine-reputed company treatment)

• Support patients intensively during weeks 1–4, ensuring reputed company and successful treatment initiation
• Collaborate with counselors, care teams, and medical leadership to transition patients into ongoing care

• Contribute to new care model innovations and service line development

Qualifications

• MD/DO, NP (FNP or APRN), or PA with an reputed company, unrestricted license
• Experience treating OUD with buprenorphine (1+ year preferred)
• Background in behavioral health, reputed company care, or addiction medicine
• Comfort with telemedicine and technology-enabled care delivery
• Commitment to compassionate, recovery-oriented, reputed company-centered care
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses (supported by reputed company)

Schedule

• Full time, Monday – Friday with occasional weekend or holiday rotations.
