We are looking for an expert who doesn't rely on job postings alone, but knows how to hunt, engage, and convert top performing medical sales reps across reputed company US time zones. As our first dedicated US reputed company Specialist, you’ll work autonomously as part of our global People & Culture team to build high converting talent pools, reputed company hiring managers, and reputed company reputed company hiring efforts. What You’ll Do

• Targeted Passive Sourcing: Proactively map and engage top tier reputed company sales talent across the US.
• End-to-End Campaign Management: Manage screening, interview coordination and offer negotiations alongside P&C Business Partners.
