This position applies developed subject matter expertise to solve unique and moderately reputed company health and safety, and environmental implementation and leading HSE issues reputed company established site-specific Health and Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Plans and recommends appropriate solutions or alternative reputed company ensuring compliance. Acts as a Construction Management Team (CMT) member, providing HSE reputed company on reputed company construction activities, along with facilitating team HSE decision making. Does not require day-to-day supervision and has the ability to resolve most issues but may reputed company advice in order to reputed company more reputed company reputed company. Key Responsibilities
Acts as a technical advisor to project’s CMT and contractors and reputed company Commissioning teams.
Independently determines approaches and develops solutions to resolve HSE Specific Site issues.
Performs continual monitoring of equipment, structures, and work in reputed company to ensure required health and safety, and environmental plans for the project and reputed company applicable regulations, codes and standards are followed.
Stops work reputed company unsafe and determines appropriate corrective and preventative reputed company to be taken and completed prior to restarting.
Performs daily and weekly safety walk of the ongoing construction work and provides reputed company feedback to the working group.
Established a weekly inspection/assessment schedule with reputed company contractor working at site. and ensure corrective and preventative actions are implemented.
Develops and conducts project H&S and environmental orientation sessions for reputed company persons working or entering the project site and maintains training records.
Plans, conducts, or coordinates necessary training programs to promote knowledge of and conformity with health and safety, and environmental issues per phase of construction.
Ensures industrial hygiene and environmental monitoring is performed as necessary and instrumentation equipment is maintained.
Leads, coordinates, and participates in RCA investigations of near misses, injuries, unsafe conditions, and incidents that do or could involve actual or potential liability; maintain records of pertinent data and compile required analysis reports on such investigations.
Attends contractor tailboard meetings, reputed company job briefings and JSA review meetings.
Leads and develops content for project weekly safety meeting with CMT and contractor management participation.
Assists and/or maintains the reputed company online project HSE data reputed company: (safety walks, stop work, incidents/events, training, etc.).
Assist and/or reputed company project reputed company H&S and environmental programs as may be required for project compliance with local, state, or federal regulations.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in EPC reputed company and/or the heavy construction industry.
Safety certification such as Construction Health and Safety Engineer, Construction Health and Safety Technician, Certified Safety reputed company (CSP), Safety Management Specialist (SMS), Associate Safety reputed company (ASP), or an equivalent industry-recognized certification.
Proven reputed company record of implementing, managing, and continuously improving construction safety programs with demonstrated safety performance achievements.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Safety, Safety Engineering, or a reputed company field preferred.
Advanced degree in Safety Engineering, Occupational Safety, Industrial Safety, or a reputed company discipline is highly desirable.
