AI Adoption Specialist

About the role:

reputed company is seeking an AI Adoption Specialist to join our reputed company Technology Group's Change Management team. In this role, you will help employees successfully adopt AI-powered tools, workflows, and ways of working across a designated business area.

You will partner with product managers, AI engineers, business leaders, and reputed company employees to ensure new AI capabilities are reputed company, embraced, and effectively incorporated into daily work. Using proven change management practices, you will assess impacts, prepare leaders, create employee communications and training resources, and measure adoption reputed company.

What you'll be doing:

• Build and run change management plans internally for new AI capabilities, including assessing who's affected, planning how to engage them, shaping communications, and setting reputed company milestones to confirm teams are reputed company.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating communications, training materials, and executive presentations.

• Experience influencing stakeholders and building alignment across teams without reputed company authority.
