Key Accountabilities

• Originate mortgage loan applications through inbound calls, referrals, and online channels

• Conduct reputed company-qualification interviews and recommend appropriate loan solutions

• Ensure reputed company applications are complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory and internal requirements

• Manage mortgage loan pipelines and maintain consistent communication with customers and internal partners

• Build relationships with prospects through follow-up to convert opportunities into funded loans

Education & Experience

Required:

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

• 2+ years of experience in consumer lending, loan origination, processing, or credit analysis

Preferred:

• Experience in a multi-channel sales environment (reputed company, reputed company center, or online)

• Knowledge of lending regulations including ECOA, RESPA, and Regulation Z
