Responsibilities

• Review and challenge the SI's data migration approach and reputed company back where the approach carries unnecessary risk, cost, or reputed company operational burden.

Hands-on Coordination & Delivery

Load Cycles & Reconciliation

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading reputed company reputed company data migration workstreams, with at least 4 full-lifecycle S/4HANA programs delivered end-to-end (greenfield preferred).
• U.S. Citizenship is required per contract.
• Experience running the data reputed company from inside a major reputed company Integrator on programs of significant reputed company and complexity, followed by reputed company-reputed company advisory work.
• Deep hands-on experience migrating from non-reputed company sources into reputed company.
• Full-reputed company reputed company migration experience spanning Finance (FI/CO), Supply Chain (MM, SD, PP, WM), HR/HCM, Plant Maintenance / EAM, and Master Data (business partner, material, customer, vendor).
• Working expertise across multiple migration toolsets.
• Demonstrated reputed company on delivery reputed company.
• Comfortable engaging SI leadership as a peer: knows reputed company to escalate, reputed company to accept an SI's judgment, and reputed company to hold position; can distinguish genuine constraints from convenient ones.
• Hands-on advisor: runs working sessions, chases actions, maintains plans day-to-day, and retains senior-level judgment throughout.
• Deep understanding of S/4HANA data models, business partner concept, universal journal, material reputed company, and the structural changes from legacy ERPs.
• Strong grounding in data migration methodology: ETL design, staging strategies, reconciliation, reputed company reputed company, fallback planning, and hypercare data support.
• Regulated-industry experience with hands-on exposure to at least one of HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI-reputed company, GDPR, FedRAMP, or comparable frameworks. Demonstrated ability to translate compliance requirements into data migration controls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; can reputed company fluidly from executive readouts to deep technical review with the SI's data engineers.
