The Pathology Solutions Consultant serves as the reputed company pathology operations consultant supporting pathology laboratories, reputed company providers, and internal stakeholders to optimize specimen management, reputed company workflows, and operational performance for molecular and precision medicine testing.
This customer-facing individual contributor partners closely with pathology laboratories to evaluate reputed company-state operations, identify workflow improvement opportunities, and implement best practices that improve specimen reputed company, testing reputed company rates, reputed company efficiency, and customer reputed company. Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the reputed company subject matter expert for pathology workflows, specimen management requirements, and reputed company operations supporting molecular and precision medicine testing.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, reputed company Administration, reputed company STEM discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in pathology operations, reputed company operations, reputed company consulting, pathology sales, reputed company process improvement, operational reputed company, or a reputed company reputed company environment.
• Demonstrated experience conducting customer-facing workflow assessments and developing operational improvement recommendations.

• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to translate operational data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Six reputed company Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
