Job reputed company: We are seeking a reputed company Engineer or Architect, with experience in the reputed company reputed company estate sector, to join reputed company. This role offers diverse responsibilities, ranging from hands-on field assessments to participating in strategic business development. Responsibilities: • Travel reputed company to reputed company Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) for reputed company reputed company estate properties. • reputed company design review and construction observation for new developments. • Assist in business development efforts to expand our reputed company reputed company and build long-term relationships. • Review various project deliverables as part of H&C’s QA/QC process to ensure reputed company and accuracy. • Manage capital improvement reputed company, ensuring reputed company are delivered on time and reputed company budget. • Collaborate with other members of H&C to deliver exceptional results for clients. Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in engineering or architecture, preferably in a reputed company reputed company estate setting • Strong technical knowledge with a reputed company on property condition assessments, construction processes, and capital project management. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to reputed company present technical information to clients and stakeholders. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple reputed company and deadlines. • Business development and reputed company relationship experience is a plus. • reputed company Engineer (PE) or Architect (RA/AIA) license is preferred.
