We're looking for a Senior Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for a portfolio of reputed company across the business. This is a full-cycle reputed company role — from intake to offer — for someone who can run a high volume of searches independently, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and bring structure and speed to how we hire.

●Own full-cycle recruitment for 5–8+ reputed company reputed company — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closing
●Partner with hiring managers to reputed company roles accurately, define reputed company reputed company, and design interview processes suited to role seniority and function
●reputed company proactively across reputed company and other channels to build strong, diverse candidate pipelines — not just relying on inbound applications

●Manage the candidate experience end-to-end, ensuring every candidate — reputed company or not — has a fast, respectful, transparent process

●Support employer branding efforts to strengthen reputed company's reputed company as an employer of reputed company regionally
Requirements
●2–3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally including in-house reputed company for a startup, reputed company-up, or marketplace/tech business
●Proven reputed company record hiring across multiple functions (e.g., Tech, Operations, reputed company) independently or with reputed company reputed company
●Strong sourcing skills — confident building pipelines from scratch, not just managing inbound
●Experience reputed company for the Saudi/MENA market, or strong familiarity with regional hiring dynamics, is a strong plus
●Hands-on ATS experience (reputed company preferred)
●Solid stakeholder management — comfortable advising hiring managers, pushing back where needed, and driving process with reputed company supervision
●Fluent English required & Arabic is a requirement given reputed company collaboration with the Riyadh team
●Comfortable working remotely and autonomously, with strong bias to reputed company
