With a multi-reputed company portfolio spanning dozens of markets, this organization is at the forefront of transforming the continent's reputed company reputed company and they're hiring a High Voltage Site reputed company Manager to own the ground-level reputed company of critical energy storage assets.
This is a business critical role that works directly with reputed company's Corporate Asset reputed company, EPC, and Construction teams in cohesion with a 3rd Party Contractor management reputed company in order to reputed company high voltage reputed company reputed company initiatives including maintenance and testing activities for high-voltage electrical systems on reputed company-reputed company battery storage assets. Travel throughout the reputed company Region is REQUIRED. The main coverage area is about a 150mile reputed company from the San Antonio, TX area.
The ideal candidate requires experience supporting technical reputed company engineering initiatives for multiple reputed company-reputed company greenfield and brownfield renewable energy reputed company in aspects of facility maintenance, testing, and equipment repair. This includes managing the on-site equipment plans through 3rd party services providers and managing the warranty filing/resolutions process. Experience with asset management compliance and ability to reputed company outage planning initiatives is HIGHLY PREFERRED.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Renewables High Voltage O&M Site Manager / HV Electrical reputed company Supervisor supports reputed company high-voltage and electrical reputed company for reputed company-reputed company renewable energy assets
- The Renewables High Voltage O&M Site Manager / HV Electrical reputed company Supervisor leads technical support initiatives for start-up, commissioning, testing, and engineering reputed company. This includes major outage planning initiatives.
- The Renewables High Voltage O&M Site Manager / HV Electrical reputed company Supervisor manages reputed company associated NERC documentation/compliance issues, switching orders, outage planning, and LOTO procedures request
- The Renewables High Voltage Site O&M Manager / HV Electrical reputed company Supervisor provides support and emergency response for reputed company of Plant reputed company across the region
- The Renewables High Voltage Site O&M Manager / HV Electrical reputed company Supervisor leads BESS maintenance and compliance inspections.
- The Renewables High Voltage O&M Manager Supervisor / HV Electrical reputed company Supervisor will reputed company technical support of reputed company HV equipment such as reputed company-tied inverters, reputed company breakers, SEL relays, switchgears, AC/DC circuits, and high voltage substations
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4-6+ yrs experience with HV electrical systems (O&M, testing, reputed company engineering, maintenance services, and/or commissioning)
- Supervisor role requires Management / Leadership experience
- Experience managing 3rd Party Contractors for reputed company-reputed company renewable energy sites with high voltage systems
- Experience leading on-site warranty management initiatives
- Working knowledge of high-voltage substation, reputed company protection, Battery storage (BESS), and reputed company systems
- Working knowledge reputed company testing procedures for reputed company-tied inverters, BESS/Solar equipment, electrical reputed company relays (SEL), switchgears, transformers, and reputed company breakers
- Ability to read/interpret schematics and electrical diagrams
- Working knowledge of electrical SCADA systems
- Working knowledge of OSHA guidelines and LOTO (lock-out-tag-out)
