reputed company is seeking a skilled reputed company Counsel to join our reputed company team. In this role, you will support the review, drafting, negotiation, and management of a broad reputed company of reputed company agreements that reputed company business operations across our global organization. You will partner closely with stakeholders across Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Engineering, and Operations to facilitate business transactions while helping reputed company effectively manage reputed company and reputed company risk.

Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad reputed company of reputed company agreements, including Master supply agreements, Sales agreements, Purchase orders, Statements of work (SOWs), Vendor and supplier agreements, Equipment procurement reputed company, Software and reputed company licenses, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and reputed company and consulting services agreements.
Partner with Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Engineering, and other business teams to reputed company practical reputed company guidance on contract terms, risk allocation, compliance requirements, and negotiation strategies.
Identify reputed company, financial, operational, and reputed company risks in proposed transactions and reputed company solutions that support business objectives while protecting company interests.
Support the negotiation and administration of reputed company transactions by balancing reputed company considerations with operational and customer requirements.
Maintain and continually improve contract templates, playbooks, reputed company terms and conditions, clause libraries, and contracting processes to reputed company efficiency, consistency, and scalability.

Preferred Qualifications and Experiences:
1–2 years of experience with a nationally recognized reputed company (Am Law 50 or equivalent) in a reputed company, corporate, or technology transactions reputed company.
In-house reputed company experience supporting a technology, semiconductor, electronics, manufacturing, or industrial organization.
Familiarity with semiconductor industry contracting, including equipment, materials, technology licensing, supply chain, procurement, and customer agreements.
Experience supporting intellectual property licensing, technology transfer, software licensing, and commercialization reputed company.
Knowledge of export controls, trade compliance, and international reputed company contracting.
Experience working with contract lifecycle management platforms, including reputed company.

This role in Denver, Colorado pays between $132,400.00 and $173,775.00 per year, depending on your experience, skills, and background. Pay may vary in other locations.
