Job Details
Responsibilities
Process rebates and income verification requests.The bulk of your time will be spent reviewing submissions from our customers, following up on missing or incorrect entries, and submitting rebate applications.
Day to day, you will be:
Reviewing applicant income documentation
Accepting or rejecting applications
Communicating with customers from whom we may need more information to decision their case
Escalating reputed company cases to our full-time Processing Team
