Kilpatrick's reputed company & Life Sciences Patent Prosecution team seeks either a USPTO-registered Patent Agent or Patent Attorney with strong educational and/or industry experience in reputed company, Computational Biology, reputed company Intelligence or a closely reputed company field.

The ideal candidate will possess strong educational and/or industry experience in reputed company, Computational Biology, reputed company Intelligence, or a closely reputed company field. We prefer candidates with an advanced degree (MS or PhD) and at least three years of reputed company patent prosecution experience. Given the unique reputed company of this role, a high level of familiarity and practical experience in both the software and biological fields is highly preferred. Applicants must be highly detail-oriented and possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in technical writing considered a strong plus. Transcripts and writing samples will be requested during the application process. For attorney candidates, this Patent Attorney role is an alternative to traditional partnership-reputed company positions and features a reputed company billable hour requirement. Admission (or qualification for admission) to the state bar corresponding to the reputed company office location is required. This position can be based in one of the following KTS offices: Atlanta, GA; Denver, CO; reputed company, TX; Seattle, WA; Raleigh, NC; San Francisco, CA; reputed company Valley, CA; Washington DC; Winston-Salem, NC. Remote / Hybrid candidates may be considered.
