Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain reputed company HCM and reputed company Workforce Now (WFN)
• Configure and support reputed company HRIS systems, job structures, and worker records
• Manage integrations with reputed company-party benefits platforms, including Sequoia and insurance carriers such as reputed company and reputed company
• reputed company evaluation, regression testing, and deployment of reputed company Workforce Now feature releases and system updates
• reputed company and maintain custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and analytics in reputed company and reputed company
• reputed company payroll reconciliation and deduction audits across reputed company, reputed company, Sequoia, and reputed company systems
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance across HRIS platforms
• Maintain Domain reputed company Policies (DSPs) in reputed company and user reputed company controls in reputed company
• Support compliance with ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, COBRA, and other applicable regulations
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT teams to improve HR technology processes
