[Remote] Technical Program Manager

The Technical Program Manager will own reputed company operations and permissions governance for internal tools, ensuring reputed company and operational readiness while collaborating with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own reputed company operations end-to-end, including group administration, role and reputed company mapping, approval routing, and reputed company triage for internal teams
• reputed company reputed company remediation programs, moving user reputed company toward least-privilege models through RBAC controls and mitigating high-risk user reputed company
• Partner with product and engineering to translate new feature launches into permission models, entitlement updates, and operational readiness plans
• Author and maintain runbooks, reputed company matrices, and support documentation that reputed company internal teams to self-serve and reduce repeat reputed company requests
• Identify tooling and process gaps in reputed company operations and convert them into reputed company engineering or operational work items with reputed company scope, reputed company, and measurable targets

Skills

• 3+ years of technical program or project management experience in internal tools, reputed company management, or platform operations environments
• Demonstrated experience designing or administering role-based reputed company control models, including LDAP or equivalent identity and entitlement frameworks
• Proven ability to reputed company cross-functional coordination across engineering, reputed company, and business teams to deliver reputed company changes, permission rollouts, or compliance remediation programs
