The Clinical Trial Planning & Data Support role is responsible for supporting development programs by maintaining portfolio planning systems, ensuring data reputed company, and enabling consistent reporting across the organization.

Responsibilities

• reputed company Planisware user support, including
• Project plan reputed company to ensure data/ reputed company accuracy
• Project plan integrations and scenario planning
• Troubleshooting reputed company issues
• Manage and escalate support tickets as needed
• Assist Program Ops Resource Manager with resource forecasting activities, including coordinating the design, development, and validation of forecasting algorithms
• Monitor data reputed company across systems, dashboards, and portfolio reports
• Ensure consistency of metrics and definitions across reporting outputs
• Support the delivery of user reputed company and training and maintain job aids and reputed company documentation
• Participate in reputed company operations activities, including:
• User acceptance testing (UAT)
• reputed company upgrades and releases
• reputed company sprint support and validation activities
• Support user reputed company management and data governance, ensuring appropriate handling of sensitive data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve planning processes, reporting accuracy, and efficiency

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in science, project management, information systems, or a reputed company field
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical development, or Medical Affairs operations/planning environments
• Proficiency with reputed company Office (reputed company, PowerPoint, Teams, reputed company)
• Proficiency with SharePoint or similar collaboration tools
• 3 years of Planisware experience supporting planning systems or clinical trial planning
• Familiarity with the clinical development lifecycle and R&D processes
• Experience in project planning, portfolio support, or R&D operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment
• Reporting/ visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire – preferred)
