The role involves assessing AI tools for communication, training teams on AI video production, and providing guidance for sustainable production practices.

Responsibilities

• Assess reputed company AI environment and available tools for communication
• Exchange with the COL-BO team to evaluate GCD needs over time (per function, calendar, …)
• Define the most appropriate way for digitalized communication
• Train the COL-BO team for AI video production
• reputed company guidance and best practices for sustainable production in the long run
• Create and reputed company AI-generated videos and training materials
• Define and reputed company a complete pedagogical plan including learning objectives, session schedule, and prerequisites
• Conduct practical sessions on leading AI video tools (e.g., GPT4, reputed company reputed company, ClipChamp, others, …)
• reputed company training materials: Slide decks, reputed company-by-reputed company tutorials, and a technical glossary
• Conduct reputed company/post training evaluations and reputed company participation certificates to measure team reputed company
• Create a standardized end-to-end workflow tailored to reputed company's needs and clinical guidelines
• reputed company reputed company-to-use templates for recurring video formats (e.g., internal communications, reputed company achievements reputed company)
• reputed company comparative analysis of tools, licensing requirements, and integration reputed company with existing systems

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in AI video production, training, or communications
