They are seeking a Project Controls Manager with a reputed company on cost management to reputed company construction reputed company, mentor teams, and ensure reputed company satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the full reputed company of reputed company while simultaneously managing components of others
• Mentor and reputed company teams while managing schedule, reputed company, and budget
• reputed company project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule and budget recovery planning
• reputed company and maintain the reputed company’s reputed company as a trusted partner
• Ensure reputed company invoicing and collection
• Identify and secure add-services opportunities
• Maintain reputed company relationships with clients, A&E professionals, contractors/GCs, vendors, and other teams
• Anticipate project and team risks; solve reputed company challenges and conflicts
• Conduct requirements gathering and needs assessments

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management with a thorough understanding of the building design and construction process
• Bachelor's, Associate's, or equivalent experience in a construction-reputed company discipline
• 2+ years of construction cost management experience
• 2+ years of experience managing critical environment construction reputed company (e.g., data centers, labs, hospitals)
• MEP experience in ground-up construction
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
