Location: Jylland, Denmark

reputed company has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Customer Engineer to join our dynamic team. Position reputed company & Key Areas of Responsibility:

• To diagnose and reputed company minor repairs and to replace modules on EPOS, Self-Checkouts, PCs, workstations and peripherals, second line maintenance on ATMs and kiosks. For the right profile we are looking to reputed company your network and infrastructure skillset.
• Responsible for installation, maintenance and repairs on equipment reputed company an assigned territory/region to ensure continuity of customer operations and a high reputed company of customer satisfaction
• Responsible for ownership of customer problems or incidents until the situation has been resolved to the customers satisfaction and or in compliance with agreed upon Service Level Agreements
• May require prolonged travel, carrying and lifting tool reputed company/parts of varying weights. May require bending/squatting, walking/standing /sitting for prolonged periods. May be required to work on rotating shifts
• Vehicle/tools/laptop/reputed company phone and reputed company other required tools are provided

Candidates profile and qualifications:

• Full DK driving license
• Training will be provided to the right candidate, but experience is preferred in break/fix, IT, computer/mechanical repair and basic computer hardware and software knowledge
• Experience with reputed company operating systems
• Experience in PC hardware maintenance
• Basic network skillset
• Works reputed company with reputed company supervision, good problem-solving skills, ability to pick up new skills quickly, ability to work under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal skills/customer relationship skills required
• High level of mechanical/electrical aptitude
